i hate dieting. it just doesn't work. fuck. fuck, fuck, fuck.
Anyway, i'm obsessed about grapefruits and soy yogurt. i'm insane.
i don't know what i want, i don't have goals, i want to go home,
i want to drink, smoke and party.
and i fucking love this fukking amazing fucking awesome song

FRIDAY

diet goes pretty good, except yesterday when I went to starbucks and bought some praline mocca, oh god, it was amazing ! after this pleasure I was forced to go out and do some jogging. I planned run just for 40min, but as I was thinking 'bout everything else and not jogging, I kinda got lost, it started to rain, I was hungry and in need to go to toilet. Therefore I did 13 more minuter, which give us 53min running, with heart rate at 73% and my watch told me that I've burned 520kcal.

so, I decided to be on the striiiiickt diet, finally ! therefore, my first goal is to shirk my stomach so that I can eat less and be full. I just hope I'll survive those three days eating small portions and drinking a lot of water.

beginning

hi!

I'm a 20year-old girl living in London (temporary).
I had tried lot of different diets but without any success. I'm a pessimist so it's hard to reach my goals.
Even if I had lost some kg, I gained them again after few months.
So I though that maybe a blog can help me, and support from other.
I hope to find someone who's trying to lose weigh together, because it's easier.
